Denosumab (anti-RANK ligand) (AMG-162, Prolia, Xgeva) 是是一种全人源单克隆抗体，可选择性抑制灵长类动物 RANKL。Denosumab 可抑制 human RANKL (143–317) 刺激源自鼠 RAW 264.7 细胞的破骨细胞形成的能力，IC50 值为 1.64 nM。
